Loyola's Reading Specialist Program Receives National Recognition
51暗网's School of Education Reading Specialist program has been recognized by the for its outstanding preparation of literacy professionals and continuous efforts to transform lives through literacy. The Reading Specialist program is one path offered through Loyola's Master of Education in Literacy program.
Loyola's Reading Specialist program is a fully online 30-credit program designed for experienced classroom teachers looking to gain a strong foundation in literacy and the development of leadership skills. The program is offered through our site-based cohorts. Completion of this program leads to certification by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) as a reading specialist, remedial teacher, or literacy coach.
