Accessing Grades, Schedules, and Parent Proxy
Accessing Grades
Grades are available via Loyola Self-Service.
Students who cannot access their grades online could have an outstanding obligation with the University (overdue library books, parking fines, etc.). Students should call the Office of the Registrar at 410-617-2708, to find out if there is a hold on your grades
Accessing Class Schedule/Term Calendar
Term Calendars are available via Loyola Self-Service > Student Planning > Go to Plan and Schedule > Term Calendar.
Questions regarding student schedules should be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 410-617-2263.
Questions for changes to Undergraduate student schedules should be directed to the Academic Advising and Support Center (AASC) at 410-617-5050. Graduate students should contact their Program Directors and Coordinators for schedule changes.
Proxy Access for Grades
Student account information, including midterm and final grades, 1098T tax documents, financial aid status and awards, can now be shared with parents/guardians. To allow a parent/guardian access, refer to the Parent Access website for instructions on how to set up or revoke proxy access.
