Summer Registration
2026 Registration Information
Loyola offers four summer sessions:
- Session I: May 27 - July 8, 2026
- Summer II: July 13 - August 20, 2026
- Alternate Session (III): May 27 - August 20, 2026, specific course dates vary
- Session IV (Maymester): May 20 - June 9, 2026
Course withdrawal dates can be found on the Office of the Registrar site. Add/drop dates can be found on the Academic Calendar.
Summer Registration for Continuing Undergraduate Loyola Students
Student Planning Summer Registration
Continuing undergraduate students can register themselves for the summer through .
- Summer session registration closes 2 days prior to the course's start date.
You may drop courses electronically up until 2 days prior to the start date of any class. After that, contact aasc@loyola.edu or 410-617-5050. - Check the website for complete information regarding dates/times for add and drop periods, and alternative registration methods and deadlines at this page
- Exceptions to all course prerequisites, co-requisites, and restrictions require written permission from the department chair and cannot be registered electronically.
- Contact the at 410-617-5555, if you have any technical difficulties with inside.loyola.edu or getting to Student Planning.
In-person Summer Registration
Please visit AASC in Maryland Hall 138, at contact AASC at 410-617-5050 or AASC@loyola.edu for assistance.
Summer registration forms are available in AASC. Students can work with an advising
specialist in AASC to confirm registration for summer courses, but it is not required.
When a student is officially registered for the course, it will appear on the Student
Planning schedule.

Summer Registration for Newly Admitted, Readmitted, First-Time Transfer, 51°µÍøing or Special Students

Newly admitted, readmitted, first-time transfer, visiting, or special students can request information on registering for summer course(s) by emailing aasc@loyola.edu to reach the Academic Advising & Support Center (AASC).
In-Person Summer Registration
Please visit AASC in Maryland Hall 138 or contact AASC at 410-617-5050 or AASC@loyola.edu for assistance.
Students are also welcome to register in-person at the Academic Advising and Support Center. Students can set up an appointment by calling 410-617-5050 or stop by the office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for registration assistance.
